  • General labor and general housekeeping when needed
  • Previous experience on a Cherry Picker, Stand Up Forklift, Reach Operator or Sit Down Forklift required within last 2 years
  • Resume required with proven longevity at past employers (1-2 years at one company)

This individual will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines, reading technical blueprints, and producing accurate, high-quality products. 


Locations: South Jacksonville 


Shift: Monday - Friday 5:30am- 4pm OT required


Pay: $26hr - 30hr, depending on experience 


If you do not qualify for the CNC Operator, we have a Manufacturing Associate position available at $17hr.

 Key Responsibilities:

•    Load and secure parts into CNC machinery.

•    Start machine cycles and monitor performance during production.

•    Make basic adjustments to ensure optimal output.

•    Ensure clean, accurate, and durable bonds on products 

•    Perform basic sanding and surface preparation to achieve smooth, quality finishes.

•    Use a tape measure and other tools to confirm part dimensions.

•    Perform detailed visual inspections to meet product specifications.

•    Identify and report defective materials or products to the QA team.

•    Regularly lift and carry materials weighing 75 lbs or more.


Qualifications:

•    Previous experience programming and operating CNC machinary 

•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

•    Basic math and measurement skills.

•    Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

•    Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.

•    Stand for up to 2 hours at a time

•    Lift and move up to 60lbs
