Axiom Staffing is currently seeking a direct hire Water Mitigation Technician for a restoration/home improvement company in Hanover, PA.

This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing water extraction, drying, and mold prevention, and helping restore properties to pre-loss conditions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in fast-paced and sometimes challenging environments. 

· MUST have reliable transportation to and from the office.

· MUST be computer literate and familiar with mobile devices/cameras and tablets.

· IICRC Certification is a plus but not required.

· Must serve on the Emergency On-call rotation as scheduled and needed.

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely, climb ladders and carry equipment up/downstairs.

· Drive van equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to work site.

· Drive and operate box van, truck, dump trailers
