Responsibilities include:
- Moving materials: Safely moving goods, pallets, and equipment around a warehouse or building site
Loading and unloading: Loading and unloading materials from vehicles, and safely relocating them to storage areas
Stacking: Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets
Following instructions: Following written instructions, health and safety regulations, and forklift operating procedures
Keeping records: Maintaining accurate production records and reports of issues
Packaging: Packaging shipments using industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets
Inventory: Checking inventories and consolidating partial pallets for incoming goods
