Axiom Staffing Group currently has openings for a Warehouse Valet in Sparrows Point MD. at a vehicle distribution center. 

Responsibilities

• Driving the flow of vehicles through the VDC processes
• Operating carwash
• Operating Fuel Pumps
• First Point of Rest –FPOR- Battery Voltage Check
• Assist in Basic Facility maintenance as needed
• Cross training of increased skill levels in VDC IT systems as necessary
• Vehicle operation in a controlled yard environment
• Manual Transmission Operation is a must
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 

• Basic automotive knowledge, valid Driver’s License for any US State. 

• This position requires lifting and carrying up to 50 lb., driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, squatting, hearing, reading, writing, and exposure to variations in temperature and high noise.

Hours

Facility works a 4x10 schedule. Workdays are either Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri, 6:30am-5:00pm Overtime is available either on a day off or weekend if volume demands this. 

Pay/Benefits

$22.58/hour

PTO and Holiday is paid while in going through the temp to hire period
