Axiom is seeking a Team Lead for the Warehouse Receiving department for a Distribution company here in Winchester! Job duties for the Receiving Team Lead include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Receiving items in a distribution warehouse
• Unloading trucks by hand
• Stacking boxes onto pallets
• Operating pallet jacks
• Operating sit-down forklifts
  
• Assisting with daily planning
• Training new temporary associates
• Leading team to ensure everyone stays on task
• Entering data into an Excel spreadsheet
• Keeping up with email using Outlook
• Reports to: Department Supervisor, Department Manager, Plant Manager
• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm +OT
• Located in Winchester, VA
• $17/hr to start
