Job Description

Axiom Staffing is hiring for a Quality Control. In this role, you will support quality operations by inspecting and testing equipment and materials throughout the lifecycle from receiving to deployment and decommissioning. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, warehouse or production environment.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay rate: $18.50 per hour

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and verify functionality of networking and hardware devices
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming materials and escalate as needed
• Support inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and technical teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with process improvements and quality control procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or technician role
• Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or technical environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or inventory systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to bend, reach, and handle equipment safely

Working Conditions

This position operates in a warehouse and technical environment, supporting IT asset management, logistics, and equipment lifecycle services. The role may involve handling electronic equipment and working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure quality and operational efficiency.
