Our regional clients are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Associate to ensure inventory integrity and support high-level warehouse productivity through precise auditing and cycle counting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts to verify system accuracy
• Conducting internal audits and investigations to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Utilizing handheld devices and warehouse technology to record and verify data
• Assisting the QA Manager with corrective action implementation and slot profiling
• Collecting and organizing raw data into clear, actionable reports for management
• Reviewing company procedures to ensure full compliance across the facility
• Optimizing pick locations through slot profiling to improve overall warehouse flow
• Maintaining an organized work area and adhering to all workplace safety protocols
• Specific duties vary by client

Requirements:

• 3+ years of warehouse/inventory experience preferred
• Prior experience with an Order Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Forklift is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for data review
• Proficiency with computerized handheld devices and a willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 8+ hours and lift/move 50–65 lbs
• Comfortable working in varied environments, including food grade and noisy settings
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong record of reliability and punctual attendance
