Warehouse Lead
Job Description
Axiom Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist managers by coordinating, planning, and directing all personnel and processes to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze operational situations and makes proper decisions to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Perform quality assurance on customer orders
- Ensure product is replenished and ready for shipment
- Assist in correction of stock related problems
- Stock and organize workstations
- Management staff to ensure all attendance, safety, quality and production standards are met
- Move personnel within the department
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Schedule: Ten days of month 6am-4pm (including 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday)
Remaining days of month 7am-3pm Monday through Friday
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Good leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Aptitude for training employees
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to make some independent judgements
- Must have PC experience
