Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service / Order Management Liaison
Location: Savannah, GA
Hourly Rate: $26 to $28 per hour (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Shift: 1st Shift


Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Order Management Liaison. This position offers growth potential for the right candidate who has strong computer skills, a great work ethic, and the ability to learn new software systems. You’ll play a key role in order management and act as a liaison between Customer Service and the Warehouse, ensuring smooth order processing and communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse orders, including product allocation, ticketing, and show/rep/sample orders.
  • Manage customer returns and pre-ticketing issues.
  • Serve as the backup for order entry and specialty emails/calls.
  • Relay critical information between the warehouse and customer service teams.
  • Coordinate Pop-Up Shop and Consumer Show orders, including mascot shipping.
  • Assist with product allocation, portals, and other tasks for strategic/national accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Cloud Suite; willing to learn new software platforms and vendor portals.
  • Portal management: check portal for accurate information, data entry of emailed orders into system, troubleshoot issues and relaying needs to customer service/warehouse
  • Lead morning meetings with warehouse team and customer service departments. 

     

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish is PREFERRED, but not required. 
  • Previous experience as liaison between client, customer service and logistics/warehouse team. 
  • Prior experience in customer service or order management in logistics is REQUIRED.
  • Experience with business to business and national strategic accounts
