Axiom Staffing is hiring for a Spanish/English Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team in Alpharetta. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be dependable, hardworking, and motivated to build a long-term career with the company.

Spanish/English bilingual communication skills are strongly preferred for this position.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Pay Rate: $18–$19/hour, based on experience

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations and general warehouse duties.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.
• Operate a forklift safely, if certified and/or experienced.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both Spanish and English.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Spanish/English bilingual communication skills strongly preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping and receiving is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Dependable and consistent attendance.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Interest in a long-term opportunity.
