Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Associate (SPANISH bilingual) for a position in the Norcross area!
$15-16/hour
Hours: 9a-530p Monday through Friday / 10a-2p Saturdays.
Job duties:
- Greeting customers as they enter the facility.
- Walking customers into the warehouse so that they can view the product before purchasing.
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls from customers / clients.
- Order entry & processing of orders.
- General data entry duties.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
- Directing calls to the correct department.
- Assist customers / clients with any questions or concerns that they may have.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is necessary
