Axiom Staffing is hiring for experienced Soldering Technicians to join our client’s team in Roswell. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with soldering in a production or manufacturing environment and be able to work with precision and attention to detail.

Location: Roswell, GA

Shifts: 

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM.

3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Pay Rate: $22.50

Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering on electronic components, assemblies, and wiring according to specifications.
• Inspect and test completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous soldering experience is required (IPC certification is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.
