Axiom Staffing is hiring for a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a manufacturer in Alpharetta, GA!

Pay: $17/hr

Shift: 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri

Location: Alpharetta, GA 

FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! 

Job duties and Responsibilities: 

• Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, and/or pallet jack
• Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks and shelves.
• Scan Products in and out of inventory locations
• Move items from production into their correct stocking location
• Processes all orders for shipping, including pulling/picking products, relabeling, scanning, shipping labels, and scheduling. Work overtime if needed to complete orders scheduled to ship out.
• Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by leaders and management.
• Work overtime including weekends as directed by management. 
• Consolidate partial pallets in inventory
• Team up to clear aisles

Physical Requirements: 

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment 

• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively
