Job Description
Axiom Staffing is recruiting for Sewing Machine Operators & Fabric Cutters in Carlisle, PA:
- Fabric Cutter:
- Monday-Friday, 7:00-3:30p - must be willing to work other hours based on business needs
- Candidate will be responsible for hand cutting graphics following customer specifications, folding graphics, bagging orders, printing picking tickets, and transporting orders to the warehouse
- Weekly pay - $17.50/hr
- Qualified candidates must be able to work independently making fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
- Must have up to date resume
- Sewing Machine Operator:
- Monday- Friday, 8:30a-5:00p - must be willing to work other hours based on business needs
- Candidate will be responsible for starting and operating machines that automatically join, or reinforce fabricated articles, draw thread through guides, tensions, and needles and adjusting machine functions, position and guide items under needle and presser foot, observe machines to inspect defects & other duties as assigned
- Weekly pay - $19.00/hr
- Qualified candidates must have previous knowledge of sewing machines and tools, understand written instructions, and use hands, wrists, and fingers repeatedly
- Must have up to date resume
