The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, extensive heavy industrial experience, and a proven track record of successful, hands-on project management.

Position Overview: As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our control systems. We are looking for individuals with a solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering, with a primary focus on heavy industrial applications. The successful candidates will be responsible for utilizing their design skills, project management expertise, and proficiency in using Monocon software to ensure the efficient operation of our control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement control systems for heavy industrial applications.
• Utilize electrical engineering expertise for one role and mechanical engineering expertise for the other.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, although competent individuals with slightly less experience will be considered.
• Showcase proficiency in design skills and the ability to innovate in control system development.
• Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize Monocon software for control system design and implementation.
• Provide training and support to teams in other facilities to ensure consistent implementation of control systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering for one position and Mechanical Engineering for the other.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial settings.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in using Monocon software.
• Proven project management experience, overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
