Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving and storing materials, maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for production, and ensuring finished products are properly prepared for shipment.

This is a great opportunity for a warehouse professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and has experience with inventory systems, shipping and receiving, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quantity, quality, damage, and discrepancies.
• Prepare and organize materials for SMT and PTH production work orders.
• Locate and properly store raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform pre-assembly and preparation of SMT materials as needed.
• Count materials and accurately enter inventory information into the appropriate system.
• Supply PCBs and other materials to production and operational departments.
• Receive and unload materials in the inventory system while maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories of PCBs, finished products, and other materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safeguard the condition and integrity of materials.
• Prepare finished products and materials for shipment to customers and suppliers.
• Ensure shipments are prepared accurately and completed on time.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, shipping, production, and warehouse teams to keep materials and shipments moving efficiently.
• Notify purchasing personnel of missing or incomplete documentation.
• Process material rejections and communicate quality concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Prioritize urgent material receipts and requests from purchasing and production.
• Report inventory, material, quality, or operational issues to supervisors or the appropriate quality team.
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company procedures and workplace standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory control preferred.
• Experience using inventory, ERP, warehouse management, or scanning systems preferred.
• Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of 5S and workplace organization practices preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Ability to accurately handle, count, organize, and track materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with warehouse, production, logistics, shipping, and administrative teams.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the work shift.
• May require lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving materials, boxes, and pallets in accordance with safety guidelines and applicable weight limits.
• May operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or carts.
• Work may involve exposure to warehouse traffic, moving equipment, and production floor activities.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the work area.
• Must be comfortable handling packages, inventory materials, and shipping supplies while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or flexible schedules based on operational and production demands.
