Axiom Staffing is currently seeking a direct hire Construction Project Estimator for a Restoration/Home improvement client in Hanover, Pa.  

This role is responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate has experience using Xactimate and Symbility for the creation of estimates, project budgets and work orders. Experience in the Fire/Water/Mold Restoration industry required.

Qualifications:

• Experience using Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating software required.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Construction Estimation or related field.
• Valid drivers' license
• A high school degree or equivalent is required. College education or degree is desirable.
• Knowledge of residential building construction and practices is preferred
• Excellent customer interface required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
