Axiom Staffing Group is hiring for an Insurance Company looking to add Remote Insurance Customer Service Representatives to their team! 

Position: Property Casualty Insurance Representative for Coastal areas

Start Date: July 15th, 2024

Shift: Monday - Friday 10a – 7p,  Possible Saturdays 10a - 3p

Pay: $18-20/hour (pay rate can range with experience, resume, or fluent in Spanish & English) 

Location: Must be located in Northeast Florida for pre-employment screening and equipment retrieval. Remote day to day operations. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to demonstrate average math skills to discuss discount percentages, renewal rates, and hurricane deductibles to accurately input data
• Must have an on-camera presence for training 
• Must answer policy holder questions, agent to agent questions, and small business owners inquiries
• Ability to switch between calls and emails fluidly - 30 to 45 interactions a day
• 1 year of call center experience or ability to show longevity at past positions required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Quiet dedicated workspace with no interruptions/background noise
• Candidate must provide reliable Internet (speed test required) - Company will provide monitors, laptop, headphones, keyboard, and IT support
