Axiom Staffing is looking for a Quality Control Inspector in the Alpharetta area! 

MUST HAVE 3+ years of related QC experience in the areas of inspections/test, auditing, or compliance in a medical device or FDA regulated industry. 

1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 5:30pm 

Pay: $18.00/hr

Responsibilities include: 

• Perform quality control inspections of incoming material (Visual Inspection, Microscopy, Chemical Analysis)
• Create and maintain quality records in conformance with quality management system
• Follow documented processes and procedures for quality inspection guidelines and system data management requirements 
• Review sales, purchasing, and operations documentation to ensure compliance to the quality management system requirements
• Support sales activities through technical advice between departments 

Requirements include: 

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Certification in Electronic Component Inspection preferred or must pass Inspection Certification within 1 year of hire date
• Extensive knowledge of electronic components preferred
• Must be extremely detail oriented 
• Must be able to remain focused and engaged on the task at hand for extended periods
• Must have excellent vision for performing visual inspections
• Must have excellent manual dexterity for handling very small components
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to effectively work as part of a team and support team efforts
• Must be able to employ critical thinking skills, analyze technical data, and draw conclusions based on available evidence
• Must have a high level of initiative and be able to work independently 
• Must read, speak, write and understand English fluently
