QC/QA Associate - Food Production Distribution Center

Job Description
Axiom Staffing Group is helping a food production facility, located in Norcross, to hire for QC/QA Associate. There are currently openings on both first and second shifts. These positions are temp-to-perm and offer a chance to work for a fast growing company.
This position does have mandatory overtime.
Job Duties:
- Operating machines to produce food
- Working in a food production environment
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- General machine operator duties
- Work the required overtime
Job Requirements
- Previous Machine Operator experience in a food production environment - REQUIRED
