Axiom Staffing Group is seeking to fill the position of a Project Manger for a production fabrication company located in Winchester, VA. If you enjoy the planning and scheduling of multiple tasks using multiple resources this could be the job for you!

Project Managers ensure jobs have all of the components for production release and ultimately certify all jobs meet customer requirements. In addition, a Project Manager communicates well with shop floor personal while providing excellent customer service in a fast paced, often changing work environment.

Project Manager job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Communicate with clients, production personnel, quality control, suppliers and subcontractors to meet customer requirements and needs. 
• Stage and lead jobs through the facility, including supervising metal fabrication and machining processes.
• Communicate and manage all project changes in a dynamic environment in which fast and immediate response is normal.
• This is a direct hire position with paid time off and benefits!
