Axiom Staffing Group is currently hiring a Production Worker for a reputable manufacturing company in Front Royal, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating and monitor manufacturing equipment and foam extrusion lines.

• Remove foam rolls from the line and cut samples for inspection.

• Weigh, label, and send finished rolls to packaging.

• Complete production paperwork and quality documentation accurately.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area following all company procedures.

• Rotate between tasks within the production cell, including trimming, loading, and inspecting.

• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about production issues.

• 12-hour rotating shifts within the week. 6:30am – 6:45pm/6:30pm – 6:45am

• Day shift - $18.00/hr, Night shift - $19.00/hr

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work both day and night shifts within the same week as part of a rotating schedule.

• Previous production/manufacturing experience required

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, follow written and verbal instructions.

• Available to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Steel-toes shoes required
