Axiom Staffing is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator for a local food manufacturer in Hanover, PA.

1. Maintains the empty can warehouse.
2. Performs inventory control transactions and calculations for Production and Labeling.
3. Reviews production documentation, records, and files.
4. Orders raw materials as required by Production.
5. Maintains the Scale House.
6. Assists the Field Representative with crops being received by Hanover.
7. Processes delivers of fresh crops.

8. Completes monthly reports as requested by the Planner and/or management.
9. Maintains procedures for the Production Planning Department.
10. Assists with the forecasting.
11. Maintains the yearly crop pack-out reports.
12. Helps with all transactions for Production Planning as needed.
13. Serves as backup to the Production Planner when needed.
14. Responsible for all inventory transactions to be completed by fiscal end of the month.
15. Works with Production personnel to investigate discrepancies.
16. Assists with Switchboard coverage as needed.
17. Ensures work area is kept neat and orderly in accordance with good housekeeping practices.
18. Adheres to common safety practices and procedures.
19. Performs other duties as assigned by the Production Planner.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Access
• Good Math Skills
