Job Description
Axiom Staffing is seeking a strong candidate for a busy distribution company in Hanover, PA to do the planning and coordinating of production.
The ideal candidate would attribute:
Essential Knowledge:
- HSD (or GED) required
- Knowledge of logistics/flow through process of distribution center
Experience:
- WMS (KiSoft preferred)
- Business Objects/reporting tools
Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Self-starter with good judgement – proactively manage up where appropriate
- Mathematical comprehension
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Organized, including skill in time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Strong Excel skillset needed: use of general functions and pivot tables*
Job Duties:
- Responsible to create, communicate, and execute order release plans
- Assist teams in successful completion of performance goals by monitoring projected vs. actual volumes, communicate risk to achieve SLA/customer requirements and recommend potential mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with Customer Compliance and Customer Service; ensuring customer requirements are met
*Cancelation, RSD updates, address change, VAS requirements, customer set-up/maintenance*
- Report customer/order demand and flow thru for demand team, finance, and company Leadership
Maintain Value Added Services label stocks, including validation and availability of labels
