Axiom Staffing is recruiting for an Experienced Manufacturing Payroll Analyst and Purchasing Associate:

Payroll Analyst:

• Assist with processing payroll for US employees. Reviews ADP biweekly reports for accuracy, reconcile payroll reports for company level earnings, deductions, hours, taxes, other control data.

• Audits weekly employee updates into ADP for accuracy and takes corrective action as necessary.

• Assist with special out of cycle payrolls for quarter or year end adjustments or other special payroll needed.

• Enter special biweekly payments, including bonuses, sales commission payments, awards, and other pay items as directed by HR, Finance, or Corporate, ensure accuracy of entries and thorough reconciliation of amounts.

• Ability to review payroll calculations for multi-state taxation requirements and understand paycheck calculations.

• Enters employee changes submitted by HR or Finance into ADP Vantage, audits biweekly changes, retains backup documentation for all payroll entry into ADP.

• Completes requests for information from state unemployment agencies.

• Review and completion of verification of employment forms received, retains backup copies of completed forms.

• Assist with Audits and special projects.

• Assist with Year-end processing to include W2 review and testing.

• Candidates will work 32 hours per week, $19.00-21.00/hr

Purchasing Assistant:

• Create, place and maintain purchase orders for materials and assists with the coordination of material and part delivery

• Assists with the review and status reporting of assigned open purchase orders and status of delivery of those parts or materials

• Assists with corrective and appropriate actions on schedule conflicts or delays in delivery of required materials to ensure satisfaction of production needs

• Anticipate, identify and communicate issues to appropriate internal and external parties

• Act as liaison between internal customers and external suppliers for engineering issues, quality issues, delivery issues

• Coordinate activities to address and resolve quality issues including processing to recover currency

• Maintain files, system parameters, records and generate periodic reports for distribution and review.

• Provides direct assistance as required to other buyers and supervisor to fulfill financial control and risk management as well reconciling delivery and quantity issues with supplier invoices

• Candidate must have experience in purchasing/materials

• $18.00-20.00/hr
