Job Description
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Shift: 6:45am-3:15pm Mon - Friday
Direct Hire
16.75/hr starting pay
Responsibilities:
- Supervise overnight staff, including document scanners, data entry operators, and quality control technicians.
- Plan and organize nightly workflows to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Train new employees on document scanning procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor the performance of overnight operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to document scanning equipment and software, coordinating with IT support as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of nightly production metrics, including productivity, quality, and efficiency measures.
- Collaborate with daytime supervisors and other department managers to ensure seamless transition of work between shifts.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork, communication, and employee morale.
- Uphold a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in document management, scanning, or related field strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience supervising or managing a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency with document scanning equipment and software systems.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
