Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Overview:
 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processing Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurately processing orders, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer and production orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Perform basic math calculations, including unit conversions (inches to feet)
• Operate a forklift to move, stack, or organize materials as needed
• Communicate with team members and departments to ensure order accuracy
• Follow all safety and operational procedures without supervision

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or experience (Required)
• SAP experience (Preferred, not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous administrative or clerical experience
• Solid math skills, especially with unit conversions
• High integrity and ability to follow established processes without supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
