Axiom Staffing is seeking an Operations Control Center Specialist in Hanover, PA.

Main Purpose:
Providing operational support to the Hanover Center (Including 3PL and Support teams) through the monitoring of IT related issues, MHE functionality and Knapp control systems. Also, monitor the HC order pool to ensure timely release and processing, maintaining customer SLA requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the order pool including resolving errors/failures to ensure the release of customer orders for operational processing.
2. Monitor the performance of the HC systems and equipment.
3. Liaise with the Operational Team regarding opportunities and issues.
4. Liaise with on site Maintenance Team regarding planned and reactive maintenance.
5. Liaise with and provide information to the IT team to resolve issues occurring within the HC including KoSoft issues.
6. Maintain logs of HC issues
7. Report critical issues effectively to ensure accurate and rapid resolution
8. Creation of MHE reports (TBD)
9. Cross-training in other functional areas as assigned.

Key Outputs/Results:

1. Order pool is monitored, resolving order failures, ensuring timely release of customer orders.
2. The systems and equipment in the HC are operating effectively and efficiently. 
3. Opportunities and issues are communicated to the Operational Team.
4. Successful communication with the Maintenance Team on all maintenance issues.
5. HC system opportunities and/or issues are provided to the IT team.
6. Logs of HC issues created and maintained
7. Accurate, detailed and relevant information is provided and issues are resolved rapidly.
8. MHE reporting (TBD)

Essential Experience:

1. High School Diploma
2. HC Process flows
3. WMS knowledge
4. HC Mechanical Knowledge
5. 3-5 years logistics experience
6. knowledge of logistics operations
7. Experience with PLC Controls, crane technology, robotic shuttle technology
8. Proficient with MS office
9. Knowledge of Manhattan, KiSoft, Assyst systems.
