Axiom Staffing is seeking an onsite Staffing Coordinator at a local distribution center in Hanover, PA.

The Onsite Staffing Coordinator manages the day-to-day workforce of staffing agency associates at our facility. This role serves as the primary onsite contact for staffing agencies and associates and works closely with HR and Operations to ensure staffing needs, attendance, timekeeping, and employee relations are effectively managed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and staffing levels.
• Communicate staffing needs and attendance issues with agency partners.
• Review and process time clock edits and resolve timekeeping issues.
• Enter and manage new candidate assignments in the staffing system.
• Coordinate new associate starts, assignments, and facility tours.
• Provide coaching and counseling regarding attendance, performance, and workplace policies.
• Assist with workers' compensation reporting and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee and staffing records.
• Serve as a resource for associates and staffing agency representatives.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Safety, Payroll, and staffing agencies to resolve workforce issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous staffing, HR, recruiting, or workforce coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally.
• Proficient with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and/or timekeeping software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
