Job Description
Axiom Staffing Group is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our growing branch in Hanover/York, PA.
Qualified candidates will screen applicants over the phone, set up interviews for various positions, review applications and conduct new hire orientations.
Key Functions:
- Recruiting/Sourcing Candidates for open client positions
- Payroll
- High Volume Phone, Email, Text Correspondence
- Employee Management
- Drive all stages of the recruiting and human resources process from sourcing resumes to placements –
full cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, hiring, on boarding, skills evaluation/testing, background and drug screening, and reference checks
This position is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position!
