Axiom Staffing Group is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our growing branch in Hanover, PA.

Qualified candidates will screen applicants over the phone, set up interviews for various positions, review applications and conduct new hire orientations.

Key Functions:

• Recruiting/Sourcing Candidates for open client positions
• Payroll
• High Volume Phone, Email, Text Correspondence
• Employee Management
• Drive all stages of the recruiting and human resources process from sourcing resumes to placements –
  full cycle recruiting including screening, interviewing, hiring, on boarding, skills evaluation/testing, background and drug screening, and reference checks

This position is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position! Excellent benefits upon hire.
