Axiom Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone with strong experience in international logistics, shipping coordination, and freight management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, invoices, and customs-related paperwork
• Track shipments and resolve logistics or transportation issues in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain records related to freight, shipping schedules, and inventory movement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain coordination
• Strong background in international shipping and freight coordination required
• Experience working with import/export documentation is preferred 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics/shipping systems

Pay: 22/ Hour
