About the Role

We are currently seeking a bilingual Logistics Warehouse Associate with experience in logistics or FBA operations. This position plays a key role in supporting both warehouse floor operations and shipment documentation processes.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and can confidently communicate in both English and Spanish while coordinating with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support overall warehouse operations, including assisting truck drivers with check-in and dock assignments

• Coordinate with lumpers and forklift operators to ensure shipments are unloaded and loaded accurately and safely

• Record all inbound and outbound shipment data in WMS

• Ensure proper labeling and tracking of shipments

• Communicate updates or discrepancies to customer service and operations teams

• Maintain accurate inventory control and record all stock movements

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company and FBA standards

• Lift and move boxes as needed

• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

• Minimum 1 year of logistics, warehouse, or FBA experience (Amazon experience preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Safety-focused mindset

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Must possess valid documentation authorizing legal work in the United States

• Ability to lift and move boxes as required
