Axiom Staffing is hiring for a part-time janitorial talent in Alpharetta, GA. 

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Shifts: 

Monday - Thursday from 6 PM to 11 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Pay rate: $15.50

Contract to Hire

Required Skills and Qualifications:

General Cleaning Tasks

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all types of flooring, including tile, carpet, and vinyl.

• Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, counters, windowsills, and baseboards.

• Empty trash bins and replace liners.

Restroom Sanitation

• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.

• Replenish restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).

• Ensure proper odor control and hygiene.

Surface Disinfection

• Use EPA-approved disinfectants to sanitize high-touch areas (doorknobs, switches, phones, etc.).

• Follow proper dwell times and safety protocols for chemical use.

Window & Glass Cleaning

• Clean interior glass, mirrors, and door windows without leaving streaks.

• (Optional: Exterior window cleaning depending on job site and equipment.)

Breakroom & Kitchen Maintenance

• Wipe down countertops, sinks, appliances, and tables.

• Clean and sanitize shared appliances like microwaves, coffee machines, and refrigerators (as assigned).

• Remove trash and mop floors.

Floor Care (For Trained Individuals Only)

• Strip, wax, and buff floors (if trained and required).

• Spot-clean stains and maintain carpets using appropriate equipment.

• Use auto scrubbers, burnishers, or other floor care machinery as needed.

Safety & Compliance

• Handle all cleaning chemicals according to OSHA and company safety guidelines.

• Report safety hazards or building maintenance issues promptly.

• Wear required PPE and follow infection control protocols.

Client Communication & Teamwork

• Interact professionally with clients and building occupants as needed.

• Coordinate tasks with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Follow client-specific instructions and priorities.

Inventory & Supplies

• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and tools.

• Notify supervisor of low inventory or equipment needing repair.

Documentation & Quality Control

• Complete daily checklists and cleaning logs.

• Report completion of tasks or any irregularities to the supervisor.

• Able to work a flexible schedule.

Other Requirements

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Able to work at more than one location during a shift.
