About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Onsite Recruiter to support our hiring and onboarding efforts directly at the job site. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment, can manage frequent schedule changes, and is willing to commute as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in both a hands-on, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various warehouse and operational roles
• Conduct onsite orientations and onboarding sessions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
• Maintain flexibility to adjust to shifting schedules and staffing demands
• Build strong relationships with new hires and support their integration into the team
• Ensure all hiring and onboarding processes comply with company and safety policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources (warehouse or industrial setting preferred)
• Comfortable working onsite in a warehouse environment
• Flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation — commuting between job sites may be required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
