Axiom Staffing is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join a growing team in Alpharetta, GA. This position is responsible for imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems, mobile devices, and networking equipment while supporting project-based operations in a warehouse and production environment.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime available as needed

Essential Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy Windows computers and workstations
• Configure and support Apple mobile devices
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco networking equipment
• Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues
• Support project-based deployments of workplace devices, mobile devices, and network equipment
• Assist with rack builds and hardware installations as needed
• Maintain accurate records of deployed equipment and completed tasks
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment
• Experience imaging and deploying computers
• Experience configuring and supporting Apple mobile devices
• Strong troubleshooting skills for computer hardware and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Preferred Certifications

• CompTIA A+
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• CompTIA Network+
