Axiom Staffing Group is hiring a Product Inspection Team Manager for a growing warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily inspection activities, supporting team members, and ensuring product quality standards are consistently met.

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay Rate: $23
Schedule: 7 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the product inspection team
• Provide hands-on support to team members to ensure productivity and accuracy
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality or workflow issues in real time
• Organize and maintain the inspection area to ensure efficiency and safety
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed
• Communicate updates, concerns, and production needs with management
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality inspection environment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Reliable and detail-oriented
