Axiom Staffing is hiring for a Quality Assurance Administrator. In this role, you will support the Quality Supervisor by gathering, recording, and analyzing quality data, maintaining ISO, customer, and company documentation, and creating charts and reports to support quality initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in a manufacturing and quality-driven environment.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay rate: $24–26 per hour

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets using advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, dashboards) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Maintain and manage quality-related documentation for ISO, customer, and company requirements

• Create charts and graphs to support analysis of quality data and statistics

• Investigate data discrepancies, reporting variances, and audit findings, and coordinate corrective actions

• Develop and document standardized reporting methodologies and standard operating procedures

• Support quality-focused and cross-functional improvement projects

• Support initiatives related to quality assurance and operational improvement

• Maintain records and schedules for equipment calibration using GageTrak software

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Quality Management System standards (ISO 9001:2015)

• Fluency in English (verbal and written)

• Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint database management

• Ability to multitask and work effectively with associates at all levels of the organization

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a regulated environment

Experience

• Quality Assurance: 3 years (required)

• Lean manufacturing: 3 years (required)

• Working in a manufacturing environment: 2 years (required)

• ISO 9001: 3 years 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be physically active, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
