Axiom Staffing Group is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill manufacturing Machine Operator openings in Gainesville, GA. This Machine Operator position is a temp to hire opportunity. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for the daily operations, efficiency, quality, safety, wrapping, packaging, labeling, general housekeeping, and team work on unique inline technical and automated production lines. This Machine Operator Position is not an assembly line production/manufacturing operation.

• Work an assigned 8pm-8am 12-hour Continental shift. Flexible to fill vacancies.
• Engage in learning all details of the position based on hands-on, written work instruction, and classroom training.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
• Report to work timely and work the scheduled shift. Good attendance is a condition of employment.
• Forklift and clamp truck operation.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled production manufacturing environment.
• Work safely at all times and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
