Axiom is recruiting Manufacturing Operators for future job openings in Middletown, VA. This role involves operating equipment, assembling components, and packaging products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. These are future openings expected to start within the next few weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment.

• Assemble tubing, connectors, and other components according to SOPs and product drawings.

• Verify materials and perform in-process quality checks.

• Accurately document production activities in compliance with GMP standards.

• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.

• Possible shifts:

• • • 1st shift: 5am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri, plus weekends as needed - $19/hr

    • 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm - Mon-Fri, plus weekends as needed - $20.90/hr

    • 2nd shift: 3:30pm-2am - Mon-Fri, plus weekends as needed - $20.90/hr

    • 3^rd shift: 11:00pm-7:30a, *Rotating schedule Sun-Sat* - $22.43/hr

    • Overtime is mandatory when needed
      

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required (must provide a copy)

• Previous manufacturing, production, or laboratory experience required (minimum of 1 year required)

• Resume and Interview required

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and SOPs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

• Steel-Toe shoes/boots required
