Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled Countertop Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with solid surface materials, including installation, fabrication, and repairs. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install solid surface products, including countertops, sinks, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate measurements and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish solid surface materials.
• Perform repairs and modifications on existing solid surface installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all stages of the work.
• Communicate effectively with clients to discuss project requirements and progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a solid surface technician or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of solid surface materials and fabrication processes.
• Proficient in the use of various tools and machinery associated with solid surface work.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training or certification is preferred.
