Job Description
Axiom Staffing is seeking a Fabricator/Welder for one of our manufacturing clients located in Hanover, PA.
This is a direct hire opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Thursday from 7:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-min break and Fridays from 7:00 AM–11:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize TIG and MIG welding skills to create custom conveying parts and systems with excellence and in a timely manner.
· Operate machinery such as a lathe, shear, brake, mill, etc. with precision.
· Create conveying components and systems from shop drawings, blueprints, sketches, work orders and verbal instruction.
· Ensure all work is done to the highest safety standard.
· Keep shop and equipment in top working order.
· Provide support for all employees and projects.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years’ Fabrication and Welding experience
· Experience with Stainless Steel and Sheet Metal fabrication
· Experience to complete high-quality products from day one
· Detail oriented; having an eye for precision and perfection
· Reliable and a team player
