Job Description
Axiom Staffing currently is looking for several Machine Operators for a Plastic production company in Hanover, PA.
Position Summary:
The objective of the Thermoforming Machine operator is to prepare and operate thermoforming machine according to trained guidelines and specifications by performing the essential job functions listed below while maintaining a high level of quality and performance standards. In addition to the below functions, the Thermoforming Machine Operator will perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
High school diploma/GED required
1st Shift:
Wed 12p-5pm /Thurs-Sat 5a-5p

Requirements:
• Self-motivated and able to follow work instructions with minimal supervision
• Enthusiastic
• Team-player
• Detail oriented
• Problem solver
• Previous machine and manufacturing experience
• Previous knowledge and experience working with 6S practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
• Ability to lift 70lbs
• Basic mathematical skills: Adding, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Proven history of understanding industry safety standards and quality expectations
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Understanding of metrological, hand tools, such as, but not limited to: tape measure, dial calipers, rulers, scales, etc.
