Axiom is seeking Machine Helpers for a food production company located in Winchester, VA. We have night shifts available at this time. These are potential Temp-To-Hire positions.

The Machine Helper is responsible for the following:

• Stage material for production

• Maintain constant stock of material within assigned equipment

• Load material into machines by hand

• Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times

• Adhere to all policies and procedures

• Setup oncoming shift for a successful production run

• Perform all assigned duties and tasks necessary to support the team including but not limited to:

• • • Cleaning (utilizing brooms, mops, hoses, and other equipment)

    • Restocking (by hand or using pallet jacks)

    • Assisting with setup and breakdown of equipment and/or production line

• Available shifts include:

  • Night shift: 5:45pm to 6am, 2-2-3 schedule, $20/hr

• The production facility is located in Winchester, VA

• This is a possible temp-to-hire position with increased pay and comprehensive benefits upon permanent hire!

Requirements for consideration for the Machine Helper position include the following:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Production and/or manufacturing experience preferred

• Willing and able to take directions from Line Technician

• Seamlessly adapt to changes in the work environment

• Work effectively with team members to accomplish collective goals

• Comply with performance criteria, standards of conduct, and all employment procedures and responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety and environmental protocols

• Maintains full compliance with the company attendance policy through consistent punctuality and reliable presence for every assigned shift
