Job Description
Axiom Staffing is currently seeking 2nd & 3rd Shift Logistics Supervisosr at a warehouse in Hanover, PA.
In this position you will:
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
- Organize work flow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive complaints and resolve issues
- Pass on information from upper management to employees
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Supervisor Exp.
- Experience in understanding company policies and legal guidelines in a supervisor position
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and personality skills
- Perfect attendance
