Job Description: Logistics Customer Service Representative (In Office)
Duration: Approximately 1 to 3 months (subject to change based on business needs)
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Orange Park, FL (in office)
Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team for an estimated period of three months. The successful candidate will assist our Customer Service team in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent service to our customers. This role may require occasional overtime based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print orders from the Customer Service email and record them in Microsoft Access.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in researching and processing credits for returns.
- Help the customer service and warehouse team process shipping paperwork and create Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Answer customer questions regarding shipment status and estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
- Scan invoices for shipped orders into the computer system.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly skilled in accurate and efficient data entry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Access.
- Experience with BOLs and logistics/warehouse customer service
