Axiom Staffing Group is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing facility in Winchester!

If you have experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, or working with drivers/carriers, this could be a great opportunity to put your experience to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound trailers.
• Process and verify inbound wood trailers.
• Record trailer weights upon arrival.
• Inspect trailers and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Review driver paperwork and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate the daily movement of trailers to the plant.
• Monitor trailer usage and help improve fleet efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Follow all safety procedures and help maintain an organized fleet yard.
• Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am, 2-2-3 schedule
• Pay: $21.50/hr

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of logistics, transportation, or fleet experience.
• Experience with JD Edwards or another ERP system preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
