Axiom Staffing is hiring for an Inside Sales & Sales Support. In this role, you will support sales operations by managing inbound customer inquiries, preparing quotes, maintaining customer records, and assisting the outside sales team with order processing and follow-up. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay rate: $20-24

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and generate customer quotes

• Support the outside sales team with order processing and customer follow-up

• Maintain CRM records and ensure customer data accuracy

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Assist with reporting, forecasting, and sales analytics

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or sales support experience (B2B preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Experience in labeling, packaging, or the thermal transfer ribbon industry is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods

• Ability to occasionally lift light office materials as needed
