Axiom Staffing Group is seeking a Production/Sanitation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations in manufacturing and sanitation at our client facility in Hanover, PA. This hands-on leadership role reports to the Plant Manager and is critical to ensuring efficient production processes, high product quality, and compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.

This is a third shift position- temp to hire- $25.00/hour while in probationary period and once hired to company yearly salary is $65,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production and sanitation personnel.

• Ensure smooth production flow and resolve bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and Distribution teams.

• Monitor and improve sanitation procedures and costs.

• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and employee performance.

• Prepare reports and ensure documentation is audit-ready.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food processing and packaging.

• Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.

• Knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and sanitation standards.

• Familiarity with HR principles and safety compliance.
