Job Description
Axiom is staffing for a local food manufacturer for heavy laborers.
Main Duties
You will help with general factory and food production work, including:
- Inspecting food products and removing bad items
- Preparing materials for production
- Cleaning work areas
- Loading/unloading equipment
- Checking cans and containers for quality
- Following food safety and hygiene rules
- Reporting safety or machine problems
Physical Requirements
This is a very physical job. You may need to:
- Stand most of the day
- Lift up to 80 pounds
- Bend, climb, squat, and reach often
- Work in hot, cold, or noisy areas
Skills Needed
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good attendance
- Ability to work safely
- Comfortable working overtime
- Food factory experience is helpful but not required
