 We are seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Associates to join our team at a fast-paced egg distribution facility in Lancaster, PA. If you are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to work in a team environment, we want to hear from you!

Open Positions:

• Material Handlers
• Sanitation Technicians
• Case Packers
• Production Floaters

Pay Rate:
 $15.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on position, experience, and skill level)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional mandatory overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handlers: Move, load, and organize product and materials throughout the facility
• Sanitation Technicians: Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas to meet food safety standards
• Case Packers: Pack finished egg products into cases accurately and efficiently
• Production Floaters: Provide support across multiple departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
